University Consortium

Thanks to a generous grant from the Carnegie Corporation of New York, in 2016 the Harriman Institute joined forces with five other universities to launch a unique academic venture entitled the “University Consortium” (UC), an inter-regional academic network that promotes training, research, engagement and policy outreach on Euro-Atlantic issues critical to addressing the crisis in Russia-West relations.
