Launching the University Consortium

Thanks to a generous grant from the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Harriman Institute has joined forces with five other universities to launch a unique academic venture called the University Consortium (UC), an inter-regional academic network that promotes training, research, engagement and policy outreach on Euro-Atlantic issues critical to addressing the crisis in Russia-West relations. The Harriman Institute hosted the first UC module November 6-13, 2015.
