Strange Questions for the Home Health Agency Attorney

Swidler, Robert N.

Health care attorneys who represent a mix of providers will find their home health agency (HHA) clients generate some of the oddest, most challenging patient care-related questions. This article discusses several such issues, including the aide-patient love affair; the drug-dealing son; accusations of theft; the bigoted patient and more.
