Strange Questions for the Home Health Agency Attorney
Health care attorneys who represent a mix of providers will find their home health agency (HHA) clients generate some of the oddest, most challenging patient care-related questions. The change in the locus of care from an institutional setting, which is more or less under the control of the provider, to a patient’s home has far reaching implications.
