Data for: Scaling of moored surface ocean turbulence measurements in the Southeast Pacific Ocean
Time series of processed turbulence kinetic energy (TKE) dissipation rate, surface buoyancy flux, significant wave height of the wind sea, mixed layer depth, water-side friction velocity, and the component of the surface Stokes drift velocity in the direction of the wind. These parameters were computed from raw data collected in 2008-2009 from the Stratus 9 Mooring in the Southeast Pacific Ocean and are used in the manuscript titled "Scaling of moored surface ocean turbulence measurements in the Southeast Pacific Ocean" to examine the wind, wave, and buoyancy scalings of TKE dissipation rate in the Ocean Boundary Layer (OBL) below the wave-affected surface layer. Please see the manuscript for details on their calculation and units.
