From the Director
I'm delighted to welcome everyone back to the Harriman Institute for another exciting semester. We're starting 2013 with wonderful news: this past fall Alla Rachkov was promoted to the position of Associate Director of the Harriman Institute. This formally recognizes the enormous contributions she has made to helping run the Institute over the past twelve years.
