Efficient coding of numbers explains decision bias and noise: Data and code
This contains the behavioral data and the Python scripts relating to the article "Efficient coding of numbers explains decision bias and noise" by Arthur Prat-Carrabin and Michael Woodford.
Behavioral data files are provided in both .npz and .csv formats. The code allows for the analysis of the data, the implementation of the models detailed in the paper, the fitting of model parameters, and the production of all the results and figures presented in the paper. Code files includes Python scripts (.py files) and Python Jupyter notebooks (.ipynb). Html copies of the notebooks are also provided. The data resulting from model optimization are provided in .npz format.
