The Development of Emotional Intelligence in United Methodist Clergy: An Introductory Investigation
Where do United Methodist clergy learn the competencies of Emotional Intelligence that they need for their work amongst parishioners and in the community? This work examines how clergy learned the skills of emotional intelligence and gives recommendations for credentialing bodies on how they can guide clergy and assess emotional intelligence in the clergy they oversee.
