Successes and Challenges in Meeting Data Repository Certification Requirements
Recognizing that the requirements and associated instruments for assessing the trustworthiness of data repositories have evolved over recent decades, stakeholders have an opportunity to evaluate the state of data repository requirements and associated certification efforts. Successes of selected current data repository certification instruments are briefly reviewed. Questions are offered to explore the challenges for the future of data repository certification along with the gaps among the current offerings.
