The observance of international law in the China-Japan war

Tai, En Sai

Although this great war of Far East had only covered a period of not more than ten months, nevertheless, the result was very important. It had destroyed the fame of a great nation, and raised the position of the other. There has been a good deal of discussion whether this war was justifiable or not. But to understand this question, it is necessary to trace back to the diplomacy preceding the war.
