Translated letter:

Elizabeth by the grace of God queen of Hungary, etc.  When after our coronation in our first entry into the church of Esztergom, because of the devotion which we bear with the affection of a pious mind to the holy Martyr Adalbert, we promised to provide with accustomed benevolence in the name of an offering to said church of Esztergom in suitable possession, mindful of this promise of ours – we have given, donated, and conferred to be possessed perpetually and peacefully a certain reginal land of ours called Epöl combined with land adjacent to said church of Esztergom, sufficient for two ploughings, on which reginal military people resided, in our perpetual alms in remedy for the soul of the most serene Lord king Stephen, our father-in-law of bright memory to that church of Esztergom from the fullness of our grace, from certain knowledge and pure generosity.  – That this our donation may obtain the force of perpetual stability, and may not be withdrawn at any time ever, we have given the present letters, strengthened by the protection of our double seal.  Dated by the hand of the venerable father Thomas, bishop of Vác, our faithful chancellor of our court and count of Pilis.  In the year of the Lord 1284.

Elisabeth, Dei gratia, Regina Hungariae etc.  Cum post coronationem nostram in primo introitu nostri in Ecclesiam Strigoniensem, ob deuotionem, quam piae mentis affectu gerimus erga S. Martyrem Adalbertum, promisissemus nomine offertorii praefatae Strigoniensi Ecclesiae in decenti possessione benignitate solita prouidere, memores huiusmodi promissionis nostrae ----- quamdam terram nostram reginalem cum terra dictae Ecclesiae Strigoniensis Epel vocata, mixtim adiacentem, ad duo aratra sufficientem, super qua exercituales populi reginales residebant, in perpetuam eleemosynam nostram in remedium animae serenissimi Domini Regis Stephani, clarae recordationis Soceri nostri eidem Ecclesiae Strigoniensi de plenitudine gratiae nostrae, ex certa scientia et mera liberalitate dedimus, donauimus, et contulimus perpetuo pacifice possidendam. ----- Vt igitur haec nostra donatio robur perpetuae firmitatis obtineat, nec vllo vnquam tempore valeat retractari, praesentes dedimus litteras, dupplicis sigilli nostri munimine roboratas.  Datum per manus Venerabilis Patris Thomae, Episcopi Vaciensis, Aulae nostrae Cancellarii, et Comitis de Pilis, fidelis nostri.  Anno Domini 1284.

Historical context:

The queen confirms a donation she made to the church of Esztergom  at her coronation.  Zsoldos, The Árpáds and Their Wives, 74, suggests a parallel to the practice by which the king made a gift to that church after his coronation.
