Teaching Students. Teaching with Students. Creating Opportunities to Change the World - Conference Presentation: CUNY Conference on Climate Change Education (C4E) - April 22-23, 2021

Neacsu, Dana; Bernstein, Havah

Developing an outside "Env. Law, Policy & Research"- class project, Barnard College Adjunct Professor Dana Neacsu and a group of Barnard College Students embarked on creating a potential student-led startup - an interactive map to locate and visualize zones of environmental injustice, to further identify those responsible for remedying it. The CUNY Conference presentation identifies the incremental stage of the project and its 2021 Barnard Students Contributors. The project is being continued (in 2022) by the original student leader, Havah Bernstein, and Dana Neacsu, with help from Duquesne University School of Law, Daniel Weimer.
