Software to map point data from latitude by longitude to cubed sphere grids
This software package sets up the GFDL AM3 chemistry-climate model simulations used by Prather et al., Atmos. Meas. Tech., 2018 with cubed sphere restart files overwritten with a model-simulated data stream along aircraft (ATom) flight tracks. The code should be adaptable to any application requiring mapping points defined in a regular latitude-longitude grid to a cubed sphere grid.
