This workbook is designed to track the inpatient nephrology service census at our institution in response to the COVID-19 pandemic surge. The individual worksheet tabs described below allow services to input census counts at the end of each day ("Census Entry") which automatically gets stored in the "Archive" tab (not to be used for data entry) which feeds into the "Main Dashboard" tab. Users can track growth by changing the date at the top of the "Main Dashboard" tab which summarizes overall census and COVID-19 census growth and broken down by the CRRT and HD censuses.
