Perestroika, Glasnost and Soviet Foreign Policy
Perestroika and glasnost have brought to the surface features of Soviet political culture which have been suppressed for decades. Exploding into the open are ethnic, group, class and national interests which previously could scarcely have been credited with influencing the course of domestic politics, much less foreign policy.!
