The first Research Without Borders event for the 2012-13 academic year, "Addressing Author Misconduct: The Role of Researchers, Journals, and Institutions," was held on September 20, 2012. Panelists discussed what constitutes misconduct and explained how it is addressed at their respective organizations. The speakers also considered how misconduct can be prevented and whether the rate of misconduct cases is rising.
