Natural Born Reskillers: The Developing Librarian Project
In the fall of 2012, the Humanities and History team at the Columbia University Libraries embarked on a two-year training program, with the goal of acquiring new skills and methodologies in digital humanities. The Developing Librarian Program is created by and for librarians and other professional staff in the Humanities and History division. This presentation describes the program and outlines how its success is being assessed.
