Disability Discrimination in Higher Education

Students with disabilities in higher education today are the most recent marginalized group moving towards equal opportunities in education. Although Federal laws prohibit discrimination against students with disabilities and continuously seek to provide them with appropriate services and support, one must question to what extent universities can provide such support that is both appropriate and warranted.
