The Unseen Junction of African Americans and Disability
The issue brief is dedicated to the treatment of disabled African-Americans in their respected community/communities. The brief focuses on deeming an African-American with a disability and how that affects his/her social-economic standing, representation in the African-American community and other communities, the effects of being titled as “disabled,” and minority status.
