Broadening the Global Compact agenda

The United Nations Global Compact, arguably the world’s foremost corporate social responsibility initiative, has come under fire for failing to address certain development issues. This Perspective proposes adding two development-oriented principles to the Global Compact, dealing with poverty reduction and tax evasion.
