Yang, Anqi

This study utilizes Dissimilarity Index for the analysis to find out that there is discrepancy between subsidized housing needs and availability, and that contrary to public wisdom, Housing Choice Vouchers program is more distributed into low- and moderate- income households compared to Low-income Housing Tax Credit program in both census tract level and city level in Santa Clara County, California.
