Reflections on Climate Change and Trade

Chapter 7 of the book "Climate Change, Trade and Competitiveness: Is a Collision Inevitable?" It explores international trade and issues on climate change, the long term goals on cost adjustments, General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) membership, huge carbon dioxide emissions in China and India and the Kyoto Protocol. It highlights the possible imposition of the U.S. border tax on India and China, the focus on the process and production method (PPM) regarding eligibility for imports among weak and strong nations.
