The second of five short works for solo classical guitar, written for a guitarist friend of the composer in Fall 2012. Each of the five works have names relating to Spain and its tradition of classical guitar, and the works were inspired by and in the manner of legendary Spanish guitarist and composer Francisco de Asís Tárrega (1852–1909).
