As health care begins to fade from the limelight, the twenty-first Journal of Politics and Society seeks to bring to your attention other prominent policy issues, pushing boundaries, borders, and coastlines. The 2010 Journal continues its mission of being a truly global publication, providing insight into a kaleidoscope of issues while still remaining relevant to those sitting on the steps of Columbia University in the City of New York.
