A Spatial Equity Survey of Houston’s’ Bus Network

Houston’s Reimaging Campaign was the first time the bus network in Houston had been holistically reviewed since its creation. It has been lauded as a win for the city, but was that success equally shared by all? Through the use of GIS and Network analysis this thesis will analyze the Houston bus network before the Reimagining Campaign and after it. The analysis will focus on key demographic groups to see if some were more favored than others.
