Conventional Orthography for Dialectal Arabic (CODA) Version 0.1 ““ July 2011

Because Arabic does not have a conventional orthography, CODA aims at filling in this gap and developing computational models of Arabic dialects. The contents of this paper are some of the principles of design for CODA.
