Is Populism Really So Bad for Latin America?
The article presents an interview with Joseph Stiglitz, author of the book "Free Trade for All," concerning populism in Latin America. According to Stiglitz, Argentina has recovered economically due to President Nestor Kirchner's anti-International Monetary Fund policies. The president rejected the policies of the IMF because of its onerous conditions.
