Ambassador Bonnie Jenkins speaks on July 29 at "Nuclear Summer," the 2010 Global Strategy Lecture Series of The Hertog Global Strategy Initiative at Columbia University. Ambassador Jenkins serves as the U.S. Department of State's Coordinator for Threat Reduction Programs in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation.
