Tra le carte di Muratori. Gli estratti del trattato Contra la sofistica disciplina de’ giureconsulti di Giovanni Ingegneri e il dibattito sui “difetti della giurisprudenza”
This article aims to show Lodovico Antonio Muratori's way of working on 16th century manuscripts. By providing the edition of Muratori's own transcription of the Ambrosiana's copy of Giovanni Ingegneri's treatise on jurists, this article aims to show the importance of 16th century legal literature on Muratori's project of reformation of law.
