Holly Decker Receives Director's Prize

Holly Decker was awarded the 2013 Director’s Prize for Dedication and Service to the Harriman Institute at the Institute’s graduation brunch. Holly is a 2013 graduate of the Harriman M.A. Program in Regional Studies: Russia, Eurasia, and Eastern Europe. Her masters thesis is titled “Russia and Central Asia-China Pipeline: Short-term Commercial Decision or Long-term Energy Strategy.”
