Translated letter:

This is the agreement between Arnal and Oger, his father, with count Raymond and his wife, Valencia, and their children, that Arnal and his father Oger would give him stewardship and castle Tallad, to enter and leave and make war against all men except the sons of Rodlan Richolf.  And each year they would give him reception, one measure of barley and another of oats and bread and wine and meat for 20 mounted soldiers; and count Raymond would hold this stewardship in faith, without deception, against all men.

Hec est conveniencia inter Arnal et Odger, suo patre, ad Raimundo comite et a Valencia, sua mulie, et ad suos filios, que illi donat Arnal et Odger, suo pater, baglia et Castel Tallad, entrar et ixir et geriar quantra totos homines, extra ipsos filios de Rodlan Richolf. Et per unumquisque anno donent illi recet I modio de ordio et alio de avena et pane et vino et carne ad xx cavalarios; et Raimundus comes teneat ista baglia per fide, estiris engan, contra totos homines.

Agreement between Arnal and his father Oger, and R and V, over Castle Tallat, to make war for him and grant housing and provisions.
