Roundtable on Cooperative Frameworks [Between Russia and Germany]
Proposition: The similar geopolitical and domestic challenges facing the countries of East Central Europe necessitate that they cooperate in overcoming them. Question: Is meaningful cooperation possible among countries with different histories, cultures, and perceptions of national interest? Diplomats from Austria, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic discuss paths toward European integration, NATO membership, the Visegrad group, and regional security frameworks.
