My brief will cover the issue of immigration status and right to in-state tuition offered for college. Illegal-Aliens Residing in a state, are not eligible for in-state tuition to that states colleges and Universities based off of Section 505 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA).
